Water Heater Maintenance
Overtime your water heating system will start to become ineffective and you may start to notice that the hot water is not dispensed even after leaving it switched on for hours. The reason for that is the gradual calcium build up near the heater element, which blocks it from coming in contact with water and hence blocking it from doing its job. This is completely normal as when water is heated for longer periods of time the by product will be calcium, do not eat this tough as it is not edible, and contains another by product of metal and heat which is rust. Which brings us to another problems with hot water lines is presence of brown and rusty water, which in general isn’t much harmful by any medical research as of yet, but will leave your kitchen, toilet and other places it comes in contact with stained in brown color. We offer replacement of heater elements, draining of tanks and replacement of internals as part of our services, you most probably do not need to buy a new tank unless in most severe cases that is our promise. And in bigger facilities, replacement of just the elements and flushing and cleaning of tanks will be a massive saving in comparison to buying whole water heater systems all over again. Future Perspective
With the passage of time, we are interested in being part of water conservation researches, test installs and data acquisition. As humans it is our responsibility to prevent wastage of water and adapt methods and procedures that both saves water and reduces the monthly water bills on many households. Some of those shall be valves that shut off water supply after a certain gallons of water that have passed or a specified time, ready to start back up with human action just to make sure a person is there when water is flowing out of the plumbing. A large quantity of water is wasted while doing the laundry and cleaning the veranda of villas, perhaps future technologies would help curb water wastage.
